One year of war in Ukraine
After a year of war in Ukraine, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, president of the Advisory Council, reflects on the need for a great international debate and a constituent moment of the same rank as that which occurred after the Second World War.
To this end, the former president proposes two fundamental actions, on the one hand, the convening of an international conference of all the governments of the world to evaluate the effectiveness and legality of the international treaties underpinning the United Nations. On the other hand, the implementation of a new international treaty that goes beyond the San Francisco Charter. A new treaty of peace, cooperation and universal public goods.
