Social development in troubled times

Apr 13, 2022 | Publications, Social |

The pandemic caused by covid-19, in combination with other conflicts in many parts of the world, has highlighted the great difficulties caused by economic, social and environmental inequalities in emerging areas.

At GATE Center we are committed to address these gaps that hinder the development of emerging countries through dialogue, debate and reflection, contributing to the generation of regional and global public goods.

Our objective is to study the evolution and changes of new emerging realities and the challenges faced by their populations. By sharing knowledge and through strategic alliances with multidimensional actors, we will be able to help improve the implementation capacities of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda, to achieve a transformative recovery, focused on reducing inequality and poverty.
